I wore short sleaves outside today and was a little too warm

I made it back from Cordoba fine, and had a relativly good time. The Mezquita was quite amazing. I also saw one of the only 3 remaining Jewish synagoges left in Spain from before the Catholic kings ordered them destroyed, and we spent a plesent (though rainy) morning at the Alcazar of the Christian Kings.

After that, I headed to my host family's beach house, and had a wonderful time running around with the kids, and even managed to get a bit of a tan! Looking at the stars over the sea is amazingm, but resulted in my first B & E, because I got locked out, and my family was asleep and I didn't want to wake them. It took a little creativity, but I did eventually get into the house, without alerting the attencion of the neigbors.

Hope you all are enjoying spring training and/or spring break!

"attencion" Best spanglish ever!

Sounds like a really cool weekend!

And in response to your subject... "I drove 20 mph on a 70 mph freeway for thirty miles yesterday on pure ice and barely avoided sliding into the ditch." So there. I bet your jealous now, aren't you?

Really, I'm very glad to see you are having a good time! Glad to see an update.

Did you use a bobby pin to get into the house? I've always wanted to try that. It sounds like you are doing well and I am glad! Oh, and I noticed 'attencion' as well. I laughed. It's like 'colour' or 'travelled' for me.

Have a great week!

Hi Sam.....glad to hear you are getting out alot and still enjoying all the beautiful sites despite school now started. Collin was his tournament a few weekends back up in Duluth. He got his first goal of the year...considering he's on defense, I was so proud of him! I even got him the game puck! Tim was w/ CJ that weekend playing in Litchfield, so Tim still has never seen him score. Courtney spent that weekend b/t the grandparents. Otherwise hockey is over, so you don't have to hear me go on and on about that for at least a month now. :) (then the boys start their Cities league). We have all been fine otherwise. Still very cold here. I'm tired of it already. Then it's windy on the coldest of days it seems, too. The boys have off school this Thurs. and friday for conferences. I'm not concerned about Collin, but CJ's another story. I can always count on him to make things interesting. Stay in touch. we all miss you! love, Tim, jen, and kids

ha. B & E. That is probably the funniest thing I have heard all day. I guess you can cross that off of your list?

I am enjoying spring training. Thank you for asking.
