Happy Valentine's day to all of you in America. I don't have too much else to say to everyone today, except to humor you with the current happenings of my life.
Classes started last week and are going pretty well. I like (most of) them, and they seem like they will be adequetly challenging, but not enough so as to take away from my enjoyment. I have two literature classes (Spain and Latin America), a history class, a culture class, and a grammer oral and writing class. One thing I have learned so far: "dellos" = antique Spanish for "de ellos." You may laugh, because it seems like an obvious assumtion, and it is obvious after the fact, but I was really confused when I read it 20 times in the same text but couldn't find it in the dictionary.
We are heading to María (my host mom)'s dad's house on the beach this weekend. I have seen a couple pictures and it doesn't seem like the exotic sandy island beaches of Majorca or the Canary's. It looked more rocky and cooler (temperature wise), which, in my opinion is better, because it still has the charm and beauty of the ocean, without the annoyances of the heat and a lot of people. It is still too cold to swim anyway, so I hope to just enjoy the weekend playing with the kids and reading and being in a peacefull place. Yeah.

i got all the roomies mini valentine inspired my little ponies today. and a card. are you said you don't have a pink mini horse? lol.
the beach house sounds cool. as i alluded to yesterday. i'm tired. i'm off to watch this nights supernatural and then bed. i think. we'll see. have fun and don't drown. then who would i have calling me from another a country? : )
